Meet our Front Desk
Terri - Office Manager
Terri joined Dr. John as a Dental Assistant in 1982 and still loves what she does. She is a lifetime member of The American Association of Dental Office Management and considers herself fortunate to have had the opportunity to be part of a practice where she truly has found a home. Outside of her career in dentistry, the best part of life for Terri is the joy of being a mother to her daughter, Jacqueline, and "Glammy" to her grandchildren, Levi and Alexis. She also enjoys traveling and spending time on the coast of Maine.
Hannah - Dental Receptionist
Hannah joined our staff in February 2016. She has lived in the small town of Chester all her life and enjoys the "small town" feel. When she isn't at work, Hannah enjoys knitting and crocheting, and playing video games. She spends her time with her loving boyfriend and family.
Lindsay Jo - Dental Receptionist
Lindsay Jo has lived in Epping with her husband since 2015 and enjoys our dynamic community. When she is not greeting our patients with her beaming smile, she teaches yoga to the aging community to help them achieve a more comfortable quality of life.
Meet Our Hygienists
Colby - Registered Dental Hygienist
Colby graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2009 with her Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene. Colby joined our office in 2013 and is excited to be part of such a dedicated and caring team. Having grown up in Epping, she is thrilled to be working in the community she loves so much. She loves going to the beach in the summer, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
Ryane - Registered Dental Hygienist
Ryane graduated in 2012 with an Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from New Hampshire Technical Institute. She joined Epping General Dentistry in the fall of 2016 and loves working with such a caring, dedicated team. Ryane has lived in our community for years. She has two children with her long-time boyfriend and enjoys spending her free time with them.
Diane - Registered Dental Hygienist
Diane finally became a part of the EGD team in August 2020 after spending several years helping the office as a temporary hygienist. She brings a lot of experience to the office, having graduated with her dental hygiene license from Middlesex Community College in 1999. She also has her license to administer anesthesia. Diane has a strong passion for dentistry and enjoys the challenges of the field. One of the aspects of hygiene that Diane especially enjoys is patient education; she likes to make sure that each patient understands the concerns of the hygienist as well as those of the doctors. Diane and her husband moved to Epping in 2006 and love the small-town life. In her free time Diane enjoys biking, kayaking, and volunteering with her church. She and her husband have two dogs whom they spoil rotten.
Shannen - Registered Dental Hygienist
Shannen worked in the dental field for several years before graduating from New Hampshire Technical Institute in 2018 with her licenses in dental hygiene and local anesthesia. She joined Epping General Dentistry in 2023 when she and her husband moved to Epping. Shannen is excited to be a part of the town of Epping and to provide quality care to those in her community. She enjoys and takes pride in working within a small, caring, family-owned practice. Shannen spends her free time practicing yoga, running, cooking, and traveling.

Christian - Dental Assistant
Christian is a lifelong resident of the Seacoast area. She loves working here at Epping General Dentistry and is excited to be assisting Dr. Jack. When she's not working, she enjoys kayaking, camping, crafting, seeing live shows, and spending time with her family.
